2.) Our sales rep is happy to help guide the customer in the best direction for their airsoft needs and help them to understand the airsoft technician reasons why certain airsoft guns are not worth purchasing as well as why we do not have in store certain airsoft gun models and manufacturers.

3.) Customers are welcome to hold airsoft guns and get a good idea of how they feel.

4.) Our sales rep is a seasoned airsoft team veteran and has spent much time in the field. This equals excellent guidance for the customers own personal airsoft applications, as well as pride and knowledge in the airsoft gun models and manufacturers we carry.

6.) Some airsoft manufacturers have warranties. These warranties are very limited and do not cover user error. There are many things with airsoft guns that the user can break very easily. Our sales rep explains how the airsoft guns we offer work to help the airsoft gun last a long time for the customer.

7.) We carry a decent variety of quality airsoft guns at low prices that come from manufacturers who do not offer any kind of warranties. Because we know the quality of the airsoft we sell we are happy to provide our own 30 day warranty.

8.) Warranty repairs are done right here in our store which equals a quicker repair, instead of having to ship the airsoft gun to the manufacturer and possibly wait up to 3 months before the airsoft gun gets repaired.

9.) We have a repair center right here in the store instead of having to drive to Phoenix or ship the airsoft gun to some other state for repair.

10.) Airsoft guns purchased from us get repaired at the airsoft technician rate of $10 per hour. If you have purchased your airsoft gun elsewhere we are happy to repair it for you however we do charge the full airsoft technician rate of $20 per hour.

11.) When new airsoft guns come into our store we inspect, test, and chronograph each and every one. This equals airsoft guns we know work perfect as well as exact chronograph FPS results.

12.) We promote safety and are proud to provide eye, face, nose, mouth, ear, and body protection. Our eye protection is all tested to ensure quality. To test our eye protection we will shoot the lens several times from four feet away using an airsoft gun that has chronographed no less than 500 FPS with 0.20g BB's.
