          Is your airsoft gun not working? If so please bring it to my airsoft sales & service location.

          It can be almost impossible to estimate the repair cost of an AEG without opening the mechbox. Therefore I charge a fee of $10 to assess the damage and estimate the repair cost (due when airsoft gun is delivered to me at Hometown Variety Shops).

          Once repair costs are calculated the customer will be notified. No work will be completed until the customer has approved the final estimate via phone or email correspondence with me.

          Additional charges will never be applied without prior customer consent.

          Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Debit, Discover, Visa, & Mastercard. Payment for the cost of repair & parts are due upon completion of the job when you come in to pick up your airsoft gun.

          What all is included in my airsoft AEG repair other then the repair itself?

          Complete inspection of every part of your airsoft gun (in & out) to assess proper working order of all parts, as well as inspection of all screws, nuts, bolts, and etc.

          Complete lubrication of your mechbox as well as any and all other parts that require lubrication. We only use the Highest Quality Mystic Multi-Purpose Grease (with NO lithium), and 100% Pure Silicon Oil.

          Once the repair is complete your airsoft gun will be fully tested and chronographed to ensure proper working order.

Airsoft Repair Warranty:

          Airsoft guns repaired by me include a free 30-day warranty that covers all parts and repairs.

What can void the airsoft repair warranty?

          Disassembly by any individual other then InDrmZ certified airsoft technicians;

          Unreasonable or excessive use, mishandling and/or introduction of foreign matter into/on the inner and outer components;

          The use of improper size, re-used, low quality/low grade, translucent, 0.12g or BBs purchased from large discount stores or major retail sporting good chains. Ultimately it will be at InDrmZ sole discretion to determine what a quality BB is;

          Failure to provide proper care and maintenance;

          The use of any petroleum based lubricants or solvents will damage the AEG and constitutes abuse;

          Any modification or alteration to the gun’s internal or external components;
